Constructed ADA compliant ramps, railing, and walkways for apartment complex.
Airport Village (Cameron Park)
We provided significant tenant improvements including water damage repair, siding, painting, structural improvements, and decks. We changed the rotunda from a hair salon into retail space.
Mother Lode Insurance (Shingle Springs)
We changed this 15,000 square foot warehouse (hardware store) into an office space for insurance offices. Specialty work included plumbing, electrical, flooring, tile, bathrooms, ADA accessibility, and HVAC. Designed, drew and pulled county permits.
Sierra Dental Orthodontics (Shingle Springs)
We turned an office space into a dental office. Specialty work included concrete, walls, electrical for chairs and special dental equipment, lobby area, bathroom, painting, and ADA accessibility.
